WARRANTY POLICY

We want to make sure that you feel safe and comfortable when working with us. This is why we feel it’s important to post important information about our warranty policy for your understanding.
We provide a warranty of exchange or repair and ask that you support us by verifying that these conditions are met:
  • The product damage or malfunction is the result of a manufacturing fault and not related to accident, misuse, or damage caused by electricity, water, termites, chemical reaction or improper cleaning methods.
  • The warranty period is still valid.
  • You can provide an original receipt or warranty card (not needed for large-scale projects such as kitchens, but required for individual pieces).
Warranty eligibility period:
  • Furniture and lighting: One year.
  • Kitchens: Two years.
  • Home decoration products: Warranty not applicable as these items are inspected and verified as being in good condition upon delivery.
